Bridgerton
I based this poster on season 1 of the Netflix original show, Bridgerton.
My design process began as key art in order to use the elements in the poster as well as the many orientations needed to display on Netflix.
In this illustration, I wanted to focus on the ruse between Daphne and Simon and how that affects both of their relationships with her brother and his close friend, Anthony, as he looks at them with worry and disdain. I also integrated other elements in the poster that influence the characters such as Lady Whistledown and love which is hidden in the flowers as a shape of a heart. All these elements worry Daphne which further encouraged me to portray her expression as such.
